Drafting and Filing Provisional Utilty Patent USPTO

Provisional Utility Applications provides the means to establish an early date of priority. If you have a non final sketch of your patent and want time to complete it however you are also concerned that no one should file your invention before you then you can file a provisional patent. This grants a period of one year you to file your final patent and during this time you can use the status patent pending for your invention and product. Provisional Patent applications are not examined.
